By accessing or using the Purple Vixen platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information during registration. Purple Vixen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Account deletion is available in Settings. When you delete your account, all profile data, photos, messages, matches, and associated data will be permanently removed. Verification photos will be purged. This action cannot be undone.
Purple Vixen is free to use. All core features — messaging, matching, swiping, events, clubs, photo uploads, kink questionnaires, and profile verification — are available to every user at no cost.
The Service is funded by advertising. Free users will see occasional ads during normal use. These ads help cover the costs of servers, storage, and human verification. You may choose to subscribe to a paid tier to remove ads, but no features are gated behind a paywall.
Purple Vixen offers optional paid subscriptions:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Free users receive a daily allowance of activity points that are consumed by certain actions (swiping, event bookings, photo uploads). Activity points reset each day. Users may watch rewarded ads to earn additional activity points. Premium and Host subscribers receive unlimited activity points.
Gift points are a virtual in-app currency used solely for sending virtual gifts to other users within the Purple Vixen platform. Gift points are held in four buckets:
When spending gift points, free monthly points are always spent first, followed by ad-earned, then subscriber bonus, then purchased. This ensures you never waste points that would otherwise expire.
Gift points have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash, goods, or services outside the Purple Vixen platform. Gift points are a virtual in-app currency used solely for sending virtual gifts to other users. Purple Vixen reserves the right to modify the gift points system, including point values, earn rates, and expiry rules, at any time. Unused free monthly points expire at the end of each calendar month. Earned, subscriber, and purchased points do not expire but may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms of Service.
Promo codes may be issued by Purple Vixen or by Host/Club Owner subscribers for competitions and giveaways. Promo codes may grant ad-free access, gift points, activity points, or other benefits as specified.
Promo codes are subject to individual terms including maximum redemptions and expiry dates. They cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for cash. Purple Vixen reserves the right to revoke promo codes at any time.
Purple Vixen offers human-verified profiles. To become verified, users submit a selfie with their username and date visible. Verification photos are reviewed by trained staff and are never shared publicly or with other users. Verification photos are stored securely and are locked once submitted — they cannot be deleted by the user while verification is pending or approved. If your account is deleted, verification photos are permanently purged.
All users must be at least 18 years old to use Purple Vixen. To verify your age, you may be asked to submit a photograph of a valid government-issued identity document (driving licence or passport). This image is processed using automated AI technology to extract your date of birth. No other personal data from the document is stored permanently.
The extracted date of birth is added to your profile and used to calculate your age. If you believe the extracted date of birth is incorrect, you may escalate for manual review by our admin team, who will review the document within 48 hours.
By submitting an identity document for age verification, you confirm that the document belongs to you, is genuine, and has not been altered. Submitting a fraudulent document is grounds for immediate and permanent account termination.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Purple Vixen a licence to display it within the platform. You must not upload content that is illegal, non-consensual, involves minors, or violates the rights of others.
Harassment, spam, impersonation, and abusive behaviour are grounds for immediate account termination. Respect boundaries. No means no.
Event hosts and club owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety of their events, and compliance with local laws. Purple Vixen is a listing platform and does not organise, host, or take responsibility for third-party events.
Host applications require acceptance of a declaration covering liability, safeguarding, and emergency contacts. Hosts must provide valid contact details that are shared with Purple Vixen administrators only.
Your privacy is important. We never share personal data, profile details, or activity with advertisers. Ads are served contextually based on app section, not personal information. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Purple Vixen is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for the actions of other users, the content they post, or any interactions that occur on or off the platform. Use the platform at your own risk and always prioritise your personal safety.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
